As Director of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of supply chain functions, aligning them with production and maintenance goals. You will lead a high-performing team and ensure compliance to enterprise standards.

Your role is essential in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing value delivery across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement, inventory, and warehousing activities daily

• Align operations with project and development schedules

• Develop execution plans based on enterprise priorities

• Lead contractor management and performance evaluation

• Drive continuous improvement in materials flow and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related fields

• Minimum of 10 years in supply chain and procurement

• Mining or heavy industry experience strongly preferred

• Proven track record in team leadership and contractor management

• Strong acumen in commercial negotiations and supplier oversight
