In this senior role reporting to the Senior Director of Logistics, you will be pivotal in shaping the asset optimization strategies across the company. Your responsibilities will include enhancing equipment life cycles and maximizing return on investment through effective planning and standardized processes. This role will focus on promoting sustainable practices while ensuring outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize practices for equipment optimization

• Assist in acquiring assets in collaboration with procurement

• Recommend asset disposal strategies

• Oversee mobilization/demobilization of equipment

• Track and assess performance indicators

Requirements:

• More than 10 years in fleet management

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities

• Must be prepared to travel

• Basic construction site knowledge preferred
