Ciena seeks an experienced Lifecycle Manager specializing in supply chain and operations management. You will lead teams through all product lifecycle phases while collaborating across R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to optimize product cost and reliability. A focus on problem-solving and strategic planning will be essential as you navigate supply chain challenges and drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations team through product lifecycle phases

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality

• Establish safety stock strategies to ensure supply continuity

• Generate manufacturing plans for new product fulfillment

• Track supplier performance through KPI evaluations

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in Operations and Supply Chain Management

• Expertise in Operations Planning and product engineering

• Strong knowledge of New Product Introduction processes

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
