Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipments from booking to receipt in JAM systems

• Analyze lead time performance and report on goods in transit

• Prepare and confirm documents for customs clearance

• Collaborate with partners to resolve shipment-related issues

• Track and trace shipments for real-time updates

Requirements:

• College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of logistics coordination experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle/JD Edwards

• Working knowledge of Incoterms 2020

• Strong organizational and communication skills
