About the Role

This position is essential for driving service excellence and operational performance during a significant plant relocation project. It exists to manage the entire supply chain process, from order fulfillment to delivery, ensuring efficiency and alignment with customer expectations. By leading the supply chain team, this role contributes to the organization’s growth and operational optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and engage the supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance using key metrics, preparing and presenting monthly management reports.
  • Oversee the full order fulfillment cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Own the planning function, ensuring strong alignment between demand forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that balance cost efficiency, quality, and supply reliability.
  • Oversee inventory and materials management to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Manage and optimize warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and transportation of goods.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Just-in-Time methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership experience in team management and development.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
