Expert AOG Logistics Agent Needed

MHIRJ is seeking an AOG Specialist passionate about logistics and customer satisfaction. Work with our dynamic team to manage vital AOG processes and ensure smooth operations in the aviation sector.

In this AOG Specialist role, your expertise in operations management will help us support the global regional aircraft industry. You will coordinate logistics and service communications while managing critical parts shortages for grounded aircraft. Maintaining inventory and supplier accountability is key to fulfilling customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process spare parts orders through multiple channels

• Communicate effectively during AOG events

• Manage internal and external material supply needs

• Analyze situations and make timely decisions

• Oversee invoicing and purchase order activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Operations Management or 5-7 years relevant experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Knowledge of SAP for Sales & Distribution and Material Management

• On-site work required
