Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipment coordination and monitoring

• Oversee the operation department's day-to-day tasks

• Champion KPI-driven processes and procedures

• Establish schedules and tender shipments with carriers

• Mentor and train new staff in operational duties

Requirements:

• Education in supply chain logistics or related field

• Minimum of two years’ experience in freight forwarding

• CIFFA and Dangerous Goods certifications are assets

• Proven leadership and customer service skills

• Proficient in English and French, with Cargo Wise experience a plus
