This role is part of our ET/UT product line.

The person in this position performs international logistics and customs compliance functions.

As Logistics Specialist, you must be able to

  • Provide support to the logistics team to proactively resolve any incidents or delays.
  • Perform customs classification of components according to established methodologies.
  • Analyze and qualify goods based on applicable rules of origin under various international trade agreements, and document the analysis.
  • Prepare and validate certificates of origin and all required documentation to apply tariff preferences.
  • Maintain and update product databases to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits of customs compliance processes.
  • Actively participate in the daily operations of the logistics department, including the handling of international shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with Eddyfi’s quality system procedures and requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
  • Provide ongoing support to the logistics team.
  • Perform any other related duties as required

What makes you an asset to our team

  • Certificate of College Studies (A.E.C.) or Diploma of College Studies (D.E.C.) in transportation management, logistics , or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in international logistics
  • Ability to communicate in French and English
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge of general international shipping regulations
  • Knowledge of SAP (a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous
  • Versatile
  • Resourceful
