Drive excellence in procurement operations as a Manager. Lead high-value contract negotiations, proactively manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.

This managerial role requires strategic oversight of the full procurement lifecycle. You will coach a talented team while collaborating across departments to enhance supplier selection and streamline processes. Your responsibilities include managing contract compliance, resolving disputes, and applying continuous improvement principles to optimize efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the procurement operations team and foster collaboration

• Oversee full procurement lifecycle from tendering to closure

• Negotiate high-value contracts and supplier agreements

• Monitor supplier performance and conduct reviews

• Implement process improvements in procurement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; master’s is a plus

• 10+ years in strategic procurement for large-scale projects

• Professional certifications like CSCP or CPSM

• Proficient in ERP systems, especially Oracle

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills in international contexts
