Building Superintendent

Olymbec is currently seeking a Building Superintendent for our commercial and residential properties. Superintendents ensure the proper functioning of the buildings under their care. Through regular inspections and maintenance, they help ensure the safety of tenants and the longevity of our properties. By joining us, you will become a key member in Olymbec’s property management team.

The Building Superintendent will report to the Property Managers.

• Daily inspection of facilities (heating, lighting, elevators, etc.);
• Monitoring of parking areas;
• Regular cleaning of common areas;
• General upkeep and maintenance of common areas;
• Groundskeeping (lawn care, flowerbeds, trimming shrubs and hedges, snow removal from walkways in winter);
• Minor plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, faucets) and hardware tasks (adjusting doors, replacing hinges, handles, etc.);
• Tenant relations:
  Communicate effectively with tenants, respond to their requests, and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner;
• Any other related duties.

• 3 years of experience in building maintenance and minor repairs;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Good customer service skills;
• Good physical condition;
• Discretion and respect for tenant privacy;
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle (Required).
