Job Description:
Your primary service area will be within 3
hours of Montreal, Québec Canada
; some travel beyond this radius may be required.
In this role, you will have a consistent Monday – Friday schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours (some overtime may be required).The wage range for this position is $22 to $28 / hour
, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
This position is eligible to earn an incremental incentive of 10% on any sale of service or parts you present to Pitney Bowes clients.

Bilingual:
Canadian French and English
You will:
Support both Hardware and Software solutions
Troubleshoot and repair equipment successfully with the goal of reducing Client callbacks
Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment at the time of installation
Work in a 100% client facing capacity as a representative of Pitney Bowes
Cover a multi-zip code territory requiring significant windshield time
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Your Background
As a Field Service Technician, you have:
Bilingual Canadian French and English
Avalid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliabletransportation
The ability tolift
55 lbs + with or without accommodation
The ability to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time
The ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods of time
Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking (Preferred)
Experience with automated equipment (Preferred)
