The Boisé Vanier residence, located along the St-Charles River, offers seniors a warm and safe environment while respecting the specific needs of each person. We are looking for a person to fill a full-time evening heavy maintenance attendant position. The residence is easy to access by public transport, stable schedule and very dynamic team :)

Purpose of the position

Schedule:

Monday to Friday evening with every other weekend

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Maintain and clean the premises

Clean entryways and common areas

Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

Wash windows in common areas

Taking out the trash

Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors

Good physical ability

Concern for cleanliness and hygiene standards

Required qualifications :

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)

High school diploma (SSD)
