Position: Maintenance Planner Role at Lineage Logistics

Join Lineage Logistics as a Maintenance Planner in Saint-Laurent, QC and engage in the critical task of planning and scheduling maintenance work for optimal efficiency.

Your role will focus on adhering to company safety standards in all maintenance operations.

In this full-time, on-site opportunity, you will work closely with maintenance leadership to manage repair schedules and technical resources effectively. Your experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) will be key in tracking work performance and reporting metrics to your leadership team. You'll also interact with safety and compliance committees to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks with vendors

• Maintain and update CMMS data for accuracy

• Communicate resource schedules to leadership

• Track compliance records and audit items

• Offer suggestions for operational improvements

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data entry or maintenance coordination

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

• Capable of adapting to temperature changes in work environments
