We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance requests and uphold quality control standards. You will be responsible for general maintenance on occupied and vacant units, and ensure that common areas are well-maintained. Your strong customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure will contribute significantly to tenant happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage urgent maintenance calls efficiently

• Conduct regular inspections of community units

• Respond to maintenance requests within a specified time frame

• Ensure common areas are in excellent condition

• Assist with snow removal and emergency repairs

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in general maintenance

• Renovation experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle

• Practical French language proficiency

• Ability to lift heavy loads and work independently
