Our mining client is on the lookout for an Electrical and Mechanical Superintendent dedicated to excellence in facility management. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll manage the integrity and performance of vital electrical and mechanical systems. This role emphasizes team leadership and continuous improvement in maintenance practices and operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivate and lead maintenance teams for optimal performance

• Coordinate maintenance activities to meet operational demands

• Supervise and update preventive maintenance protocols

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• P.Eng. designation with membership in OIQ

• 10 years’ experience in mining maintenance

• 5 years’ experience in leadership roles

• Strong command of SAP and CMMS tools
