The City of Moose Jaw is looking for a motivated Facilities Crew Lead. In this supervisory role, you will coordinate maintenance programs, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with operational guidelines. Your expertise will help in recruitment, training, and performance management while overseeing equipment inspections and budget preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance and housekeeping procedures

• Ensure timely completion of inspections and repairs

• Maintain accurate records of operational documents

• Assist in training and scheduling of staff

• Monitor certifications and manage supplies procurement

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education

• 3 years facility maintenance experience, 2 in supervisory

• Refrigeration Operators or 5th Class Power Engineering Certificate

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract

• Ability to pass respirator fit testing and lift 50lbs unassisted
