Position: Vegpro Maintenance Engineer Role

Become a vital part of Vegpro International Inc. as a Maintenance Engineer overseeing equipment reliability in Quebec, British Columbia, and Florida. Enhance maintenance processes through your engineering expertise and innovation.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and Engineering, this role focuses on developing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs across VPAG and VPEL. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safety and performance while continuously improving practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement preventive maintenance strategies

• Manage corrective maintenance to enhance equipment reliability

• Document improvement processes for maintenance activities

• Develop training tools for team skill enhancement

• Support audits of maintenance management quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Passion for improvements in the agricultural sector

• Strong organizational and team collaboration skills

• Bilingual in English and French, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
