This Maintenance Technician position at Towne Place Suites involves comprehensive building and grounds maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
• Oversee work orders, notifying management of urgent needs
• Keep grounds clean and well-maintained for guests
• Perform heavy cleaning, including floor and wall treatment
• Assist with landscaping tasks as seasons change
Requirements:
• Background experience in small appliances and tools
• Proficiency in painting, drywall, and plumbing
• Strong coordination skills across departments
• Ability to remain organized and work with minimal supervision
• Experience in pool maintenance is a plus
