Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee diagnostics and repairs for heavy machinery

• Develop training programs for maintenance staff

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies

• Monitor maintenance performance and cost data

• Optimize vendor contracts for supplier management
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar

• 8+ years in equipment maintenance and management

• Background in agriculture or similar industries

• Relevant technical certification preferred

• Fluent in both French and English
