This permanent, full-time role emphasizes your leadership in directing maintenance activities and supervising staff to ensure optimal safety and performance. With responsibilities ranging from planning and coordination to expenditure management, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performing maintenance team. Your ability to engage with contractors and oversee specialized repairs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operations within the maintenance department

• Supervise maintenance safety and routine tasks

• Monitor budgets and analyze financial variances

• Lead recruitment, orientation, and staff management

• Collaborate with contractors for electrical and plumbing repairs

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Systems from a recognized institution

• At least 3 years of relevant management experience

• Health and Safety Certification (level 1 and
2) required

• Familiarity with HVAC and fire safety systems

• Capacity to interpret technical building drawings
