Position: Crew Operations Coordinator at Air Transat
Location: Quebec

Become a vital part of Air Transat’s team as a Crew Operations Coordinator, managing daily flight crew staffing and ensuring adherence to regulations. Drive efficiency and compliance every day.

In this role, you will coordinate crew assignments and ensure staffing for all Air Transat flights. With 1 to 3 years of relevant airline experience, you'll utilize your expertise in schedule management and systems like AIMS or RADIXX. Your ability to function under pressure and your strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily management of flight crew operations

• Manage production schedules within AIMS

• Book accommodations and transport for crew members

• Respond to FSN messages to adjust crew schedules

• Monitor staffing in relation to operational needs

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the airline industry

• Familiarity with AIMS, RADIXX, ACES, or Sabre preferred

• Strong collaborative and organizational abilities

• Comfortable with MS Office and related tools

• Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken
