Position: Hexion Maintenance Leader Role

As the Maintenance Leader, you will be pivotal in planning and executing preventative and corrective maintenance strategies. Your hands-on expertise will guide a team of technicians and streamline operations. This role emphasizes collaboration with contractors and internal teams to enhance productivity and minimize downtime while upholding safety and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance work safely

• Lead development for new maintenance technicians

• Maximize productivity via effective planning

• Manage work order processing and documentation

• Ensure routine inspections and maintenance are conducted

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• Relevant industry experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds

• Basic computer skills required

• Post-secondary certification in a trade preferred
