As the Crew Assignment Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing daily flight crew operations. With 1 to 3 years of relevant airline experience, you will handle complex schedules and ensure compliance with collective agreements. Your ability to thrive under pressure and your keen organizational skills will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of flight crew scheduling
• Handle AIMS production schedules with precision
• Arrange transport and accommodation for flight crews
• Monitor daily staffing requirements and operational adjustments
• Make schedule modifications based on operational messaging
Requirements:
• Between 1 to 3 years of airline industry experience
• Experience with AIMS, RADIXX, ACES, or Sabre is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office and various tech tools
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
