Shape winter operations at YHU Terminal as a Snow Operations Supervisor. This role is essential for effective snow management in challenging weather conditions.

In the Snow Operations Supervisor position, you will be responsible for coordinating snow removal teams, monitoring weather impacts, and managing equipment usage. Ensuring operational efficiency and safety will be your primary focus as you lead your team through demanding winter scenarios. You will also serve as the liaison with the Operations Control Centre for operational updates and resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the snow removal team during winter shifts

• Monitor weather and surface conditions continuously

• Assign tasks and mobilize equipment based on needs

• Conduct effective communications with the team and the OCC

• Use snow removal equipment to support operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent needed

• Valid driver’s license (Class 5; Class 1 or 3 preferred)

• Experience in snow removal or similar operations

• Prior supervisory experience is a strong asset

• Availability for flexible shifts during severe weather
