Quality Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Quality Supervisor responsible for ensuring that our products comply with quality, food safety, and sanitation standards. This person will work closely with production teams to ensure continuous process improvement.

• Supervise and participate in the daily activities of the quality team on the production floor.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits (clients, certifications).
• Follow up on non‑conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
• Write and update procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate process evaluations to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

• Previous experience in a similar quality assurance role, ideally in the food industry and in implementing standards.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with external consultants and project teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with digital tools and software.
