We are currently hiring for the night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.).

- Competitive starting salary between $25 and $28/hour, depending on experience

- Set up machinery according to the requirements of each production order
- Measure sample products to ensure bags meet order specifications
- Verify the quality and compliance of finished products at every stage of production
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and basic repairs on equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment in case of malfunctions
- Complete production and quality reports
- Inspect and verify the quality of produced materials
- Perform any other related tasks as required by operations
- Professional Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Basic mechanical skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Physical strength (able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs);
- Basic math skills.

- Reliable, diligent, motivated, and hard-working;
- Attention to detail and precision;
- Team spirit.
- Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Manual dexterity required;
- Ability to stand for long periods;
- Alternating between sitting, standing, and walking depending on the task;
