This position at Westlake involves working 12-hour continental shifts. You will pack products, manage defect detection, and prepare packaging for transportation. Candidates should communicate well and have basic math skills for accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pack vinyl products from production lines
• Recognize and manage defective items
• Prepare and ensure proper packaging for shipments
• Maintain correct stacking of completed cartons
• Ensure cleanliness of workspace and safety compliance
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
• Must work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Prior manufacturing experience beneficial
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with packing processes essential
