OSI Systems Wet Process Equipment Operator

Location: Quebec City

Work as a Wet Process Operator with OSI Systems on the afternoon shift. Your responsibility will be to maintain quality in printed circuit board manufacturing through chemical processing.

PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is in need of a skilled Wet Process Operator for the 2nd shift. In this role, you will expertly handle Chemcut lines while ensuring that all production specifications are met. You'll perform essential checks and document data to maintain product quality and operate efficiently within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate equipment for PCB wet processing

• Perform inspections and audits on production equipment

• Input all relevant data in the CIMNET tracking system

• Validate product quality against acceptance criteria

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Manufacturing experience required, ideally in PCB

• Knowledge of process travelers and customer specs

• Ability to stand long hours and lift materials

• Basic computer proficiency for operational tracking
