Take your EHS expertise to Hexion Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, as a Chemical Manufacturing EHS Expert. This role is dedicated to ensuring safety and compliance in the chemical industry.

As the EHS Field Specialist, you will provide critical oversight for two manufacturing sites, focusing on compliance audits, employee training, and environmental safety management. Your work will be vital in fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace, adhering to Hexion’s ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform safety audits and document findings

• Manage environmental monitoring and compliance reporting

• Develop safety training programs for staff and contractors

• Monitor hazardous materials and ensure proper handling procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams for EHS goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in EHS within chemical manufacturing

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
