Director of Operations in Manufacturing

Lead production activities as Director of Operations for a global leader in engineering projects. Drive quality, efficiency, and safety in a stimulating manufacturing environment.

This position reports to the Vice President of Operations, overseeing production in a dynamic environment. The Director of Operations will focus on operational performance, managing both standard and complex custom-engineered products. Key responsibilities include collaboration with teams, ensuring quality standards, cost control, and monitoring key performance indicators to achieve production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve production targets for quality, cost, and safety

• Plan and optimize production based on operational priorities

• Adapt operations for custom-engineered projects

• Ensure coordination between production and departments

• Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and enact corrective measures

Requirements:

• Strong background in manufacturing operations leadership
