We're looking for skilled and motivated Production Assemblers to join our team. These roles are ideal for individuals with strong experience in manufacturing production, or individuals with a plumbing, electrical or mechanical background, who are ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

• Perform advanced plumbing and electrical assembly tasks with precision and efficiency
• Support production planning and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, productive work environment
• Assist in training and mentoring junior assemblers
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements
• Maintain high standards of safety and compliance

• Extensive hands-on experience in manufacturing, or knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical or mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Leadership experience or potential to grow into a supervisory role
