As the Packaging Supervisor, you will be instrumental in collaborating with teams to achieve performance indicators. This position involves leading production meetings, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing LEAN methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily/weekly production meetings with the team

• Track and maintain packaging department efficiency

• Support LEAN implementation for process improvement

• Analyze and address deviations in performance

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in a similar supervisory position

• DEC in operations management or related experience

• Strong knowledge of Office suite applications
