In this on-site position, you will play a crucial role in shaping cannabis innovations by developing and commercializing new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Insights and Brand Strategy, to turn consumer-centered ideas into market-ready offerings. This role requires expertise in formulation, product testing, and project management within cannabis or similarly regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine cannabis products across multiple categories
• Conduct bench-scale product development and evaluations
• Collaborate on commercialization and transition to production
• Support consumer testing and product refinement initiatives
• Communicate technical insights to various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years in product development or innovation roles
• Experience in regulated industries like cannabis or CPG
• Strong prototyping and formulation skills
• Familiarity with Stage-Gate processes is preferred
