Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the activities of metalworkers on the floor

• Establish workflow methods and set up CNC equipment

• Solve production problems to improve efficiency

• Train and supervise workers as necessary

• Maintain safety standards throughout operations

Requirements:

• Documented supervisory experience in welding

• Minimum education of high school diploma required

• Communication skills in English or French are necessary

• Ability to maintain quality and order in the workshop

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and projects
