Nortera Night Packaging Supervisor

Location: Quebec City

Become the Night Packaging Supervisor at Nortera's Bedford factory in Estrie. This role emphasizes enhancing packaging performance through effective leadership and quality management strategies.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will ensure that the packaging department meets performance indicators while supporting team capabilities. Bringing 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience, you'll drive initiatives like the LEAN program and manage efficiency analytics. Collaboration with various departments to improve health and safety protocols is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in production meetings regularly

• Maintain productivity indicators for packaging operations

• Support the implementation of LEAN strategies

• Analyze operational challenges and facilitate corrective measures

• Work with QA and OHS to maintain compliance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar supervisory role

• DEC in operations management or equivalent

• Strong proficiency in Office Suite tools

• Independent, proactive approach to tasks
