This role requires expertise in directing raise drill operations and training Assistant Operators. You’ll handle the machinery setup, monitor performance adjustments, and provide hands-on mentoring and direction to crew members for optimal safety and efficiency. Reading engineering plans and managing inventory also form key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and operate raise drill machinery per set procedures

• Provide mentorship to Assistant Operators in safe practices

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of raise drill operation experience
