• Play an advisory role by analyzing needs and developing innovative promotion and communication strategies.

• Holds a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to the position (communications, public relations, marketing, etc.)
• Has 8 years of relevant experience.
• Is familiar with financial products (knowledge of insurance and group savings solutions is an asset)
• Stands out for their writing skills and creativity.
• Is recognized for their autonomy, analytical skills, and leadership.
• Stands out for their ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
• Fluency in French and intermediate knowledge of English, as the person will be required to communicate by email and telephone and make daily presentations to internal and external partners who are unilingual English speakers.
