We're looking for a Brand Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help us elevate how we show up in the world. In this role, you’ll be a champion of our brand — helping define and maintain our visual identity, creating tools that empower teams across the organization, and supporting the campaigns that grow our reach and deepen our connection with supporters.
As part of the National Marketing and Development team, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our brand is clear, consistent, and compelling — from the smallest design detail to national awareness campaigns. Responsibilities Brand Development Serve as the primary organizational resource for developing new brand imagery, iconography, and key messaging; maintain the Visual Brand Identity Guide and Brand Book.
Develop and maintain brand standards, including visual identity guidelines and core brand messaging.
Coordinate brand-related research to inform the evolution of the brand and associated standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., editorial, translation) to develop brand-aligned resources.
Organize and manage the library of brand assets, templates, tools, collateral, and design files.
Oversee the branded merchandise store, including inventory and vendor management.
Brand Management Ensure organization-wide brand consistency and implementation of best-in-class marketing practices across all channels and materials.
Lead brand training and onboarding for staff, supporting effective use of guidelines, templates, and tools.
Implement and manage a brand review process to ensure consistent application and understanding of brand standards.
Provide timely support and feedback for brand inquiries and material reviews.
Identify and address non-compliant materials, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Manage the annual marketing budget, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliation and reporting.
