Current eligible employees of the Health and Social Services system can take advantage of an unpaid leave to work in a Nordic establishment for up to 60 months. English follows French posting.

• Under the authority of the Assistant Director of Nursing, the incumbent participates in the planning and coordination of follow-ups for clients under the care of Northern psychiatrists.
• Responsible for local management of patients under psychiatric care only.
• Assist psychiatrists assigned to the community before, during, and after visits to Nunavik.
• Promote and participate in Telehealth interventions (teleconsultation or other services) for northern psychiatric clients, as required.

• Doit détenir un baccalauréat en sciences infirmières;
  Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Être membre de l’Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec (OIIQ);
  Be a member of the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec (OIIQ).
• Expérience minimum d’un an en psychiatrie;
  Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatric care.
• Excellente connaissance clinique reliée à la clientèle psychiatrique;
  Excellent clinical knowledge related to the psychiatric clientele.
• Expérience dans une région nordique est un atout;
  Experience in a northern region is an asset.
• Intérêt pour la formation continue et le développement professionnel en psychiatrie;
  Interest in continuing education and professional development.
• Connaissance fonctionnelle de la suite Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint et Excel), des logiciels de courriel et d’Internet;
  Functional knowledge of the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), e‑mail and internet software.
• Bonne connaissance du réseau de la santé du Nunavik;
  Good knowledge of the Nunavik health network.
• Aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles, le travail d’équipe et la collaboration avec divers intervenants;
  Skills for interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Dynamisme, autonomie et sens des responsabilités;
  Dynamism, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Bon jugement et sens de l’organisation et de la planification;

• Bilinguisme requis dans deux (2) des trois (3) langues en usage au Nunavik (anglais, inuktitut, français);
  Bilingualism required in two (2) of the three (3) languages in use in Nunavik (English, Inuktitut, French).

• Disponible à suivre les formations nécessaires incluant des séjours en milieu nordique;
