This part-time Registered Nurse position at KMHC focuses on improving the lives of residents in a supportive 73-bed facility. You will recognize client health changes, create Therapeutic Nursing Plans, and supervise the support staff in delivering personalized care. Collaborate with families and the care team to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess client health conditions

• Create tailored Therapeutic Nursing Plans for residents

• Supervise the care provided by Préposé aux Bénéficiaires

• Foster collaboration with families and care teams

• Ensure quality care continuity from admission to exit

Requirements:

• Active RN license as per Quebec standards

• Background in nursing with a focus on long-term care

• Empathetic and caring nature for residents

• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

• Indigenous candidates preferred
