Lead and inspire as a Nurse Manager with Care Partners, Ontario’s trusted home health care provider. This full-time role emphasizes leadership in Community Nursing Health Services, promoting excellent patient care.
Care Partners seeks a Nurse Manager to join its Leadership Team. You will coordinate nursing services, support staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires commitment to continuous improvement and involves participation in on-call duties during evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach field Nurses effectively
• Develop Care Plans for Community Health Services
• Monitor employee performance and adherence to policies
• Promote Community Health Services and manage public relations
• Guide Health and Safety initiatives within the workplace
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) degree required
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Proficient computer skills for scheduling and documentation
• Excellent communication skills in English;
French is an asset
