Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated LPN for a permanent position, working one day per week and one weekend every two weeks. You'll be responsible for evaluating therapeutic plans, maintaining detailed resident notes, and ensuring effective communication among healthcare teams.

Your role will center on providing essential nursing care and responding to emergencies as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to seniors' home care standards and regulations

• Evaluate and adjust therapeutic nursing plans for residents

• Maintain meticulous notes in resident Dossiers

• Ensure positive communication with all involved parties

• Provide healthcare services to restore and maintain health

Requirements:

• DEC in nursing or DEP in health care assistance

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

• Current CPR/AED certification

• Active OIIAQ membership

• Ability to manage emergency situations
