As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide patient-oriented nursing care, build trust with residents and families, and implement effective care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver planned, goal-directed nursing care for residents
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
• Teach and mentor unregulated care providers effectively
• Foster strong communication within the multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in applicable province
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge in gerontology or rehabilitation
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
