Silver Cross Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care for patients in the Cancer Center. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care standards while providing leadership to nursing assistants. Infusion experience is preferred, making this an ideal role for skilled nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients' nursing care needs effectively
• Plan and implement care according to standard procedures
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and medications
• Lead and supervise CNA/SNA and healthcare staff
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards
Requirements:
• Illinois Registered Nurse license required
• Current CPR certification
• OCN certification is preferred
• Strong infusion experience is highly desirable
• Commitment to quality patient care in a team setting
