Join Iroquois Lodge as a Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse focused on delivering quality care while supervising RPNs and PSWs. This part-time position leads nursing operations for residents while ensuring safety and competence.

The Charge Nurse will work under the Manager of Iroquois Lodge to enhance resident care through effective collaboration with health care team members. In this role, you will supervise nursing activities, coordinate unit operations, and engage closely with the Attending Physician. You’ll also advocate for policy improvements to benefit residents’ health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and competent nursing care to residents

• Supervise care delivered by RPNs and PSWs

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for care management

• Plan and direct unit activities for optimal care

• Advocate for policy enhancements related to resident care

Requirements:

• Valid nursing registration and license

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Experience in a nursing supervisory role

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
