Position: Extendicare Registered Practical Nurse Position
Location: Quebec City

In this position, you'll be responsible for key nursing duties, including accurate record-keeping and implementing care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Your skills in communication, time management, and care coordination are crucial for delivering exceptional service and ensuring resident safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document clinical assessments and maintain accurate records

• Implement and evaluate care plans collaboratively

• Schedule and contribute to resident care meetings

• Administer medications and monitor prescriptions securely

• Provide education on care services to residents and families

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse with current provincial registration

• Experience working with seniors preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High tolerance for stress and excellent critical thinking

• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening required
