- Assurer les soins infirmiers et le suivi clinique requis auprès d'une clientèle en hébergement (CHSLD)
- Évaluer l'état de santé des résidents et ajuster les plans de soins personnalisés
- Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'offrir des soins sécuritaires, préventifs et adaptés
- Assurer une documentation clinique complète, rigoureuse et conforme aux normes du milieu
- Hébergement offert sur place selon les disponibilités (proposé à l'interne)
- Un déplacement aller-retour remboursé par mois
