Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments through virtual consultations

• Provide referrals to health services based on clinical judgement

• Offer advice on symptom management for home care

• Manage prescriptions in accordance with professional guidelines

• Keep detailed records of consultations and patient follow-ups

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of nursing experience required

• Current nursing license in Quebec or Ontario

• Familiarity with vaccinations and treatment protocols is a plus

• Critical care or emergency experience preferred

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
