Silver Cross Hospital seeks an Infusion Registered Nurse dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patients, while also providing leadership to nursing staff. This role emphasizes commitment to professional standards and quality nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement individualized nursing care plans
• Lead and supervise CNA/SNA and healthcare staff
• Evaluate the outcomes of nursing interventions
• Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for patient care
Requirements:
• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois
• Valid CPR certification required
• ONS Chemotherapy Administration certification needed within 6 months
• OCN certification is preferred
• Strong preference for candidates with infusion experience
