Les soins gériatriques et l’évaluation clinique vous caractérisent comme infirmier au CHSLD Maria, en rotation jour, soir et nuit. Ce mandat s’effectue à temps complet.
Services SFT recherche un infirmier d’expérience pour un contrat de trois mois au CISSS de la Gaspésie – CHSLD Maria. Vous évaluerez la clientèle hébergée, élaborerez des plans de soins individualisés et offrirez des soins de fin de vie. Vous accompagnerez également les résidents présentant des SCPD.
Responsabilités clés :- Évaluer rigoureusement et continuellement la clientèle hébergée
- Concevoir et réévaluer les plans de soins individualisés
- Prodiguer des soins de fin de vie bienveillants
- Accompagner la clientèle présentant des SCPD
- Collaborer avec l’équipe multidisciplinaire et le médecin
- Minimum de douze mois d’expérience récente en CHSLD
- Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- DEC ou BAC en sciences infirmières
- Certification RCR ou SIR valide et à jour
- Permis de conduire valide
